Radiator: Service and Repair
REPLACEMENT
Refer to the illustration for the service procedures, noting the following:
1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the under cover. Refer to Body and Frame.
3. Remove the air cleaner.
4. When removing the hoses, make mating marks on the radiator hose and the hose clamp, then, disconnect.
5. After removing the A/T oil cooler hose from the radiator, plug the hose and the radiator nipple to prevent dust or foreign particles from getting in.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
