Remove the A/T breather hose from the tube by pushing the end of the hose with a long, thin rod or pry bar from inside the wheel housing. Then
reinstall the rubber splash shield removed in Step 2.
NOTE:
Push evenly around the end of the hose to remove it from the tube.

Remove the transfer case under cover.
5.
Place mating marks on the front differential companion flange and the propeller shaft companion flange.
