NO: Go to Step 6.
STEP 6. Check the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 (terminal No. 3) and ETACS-ECU connector C-313 (terminal No. 2).
Q: Is the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 (terminal No. 3) and ETACS-ECU connector C-313 (terminal No. 2) in good
condition?
YES: Go to Step 7.
NO: Repair the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 and ETACS-ECU C-313.
STEP 7. Retest the system
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to How to use Troubleshooting/inspection Service Points - How to Cope with
Intermittent Malfunction).
NO: Carry out the troubleshooting again.
STEP 8. Measure the resistance at AC inverter connector D-128.
1. Disconnect the AC inverter connector D-128, and measure at the wiring harness side.
2. Measure the resistance between AC inverter connector D-128 (terminal No. 7) and the body ground.

The measured value should be continuity exists (2 ohms or less).
Q: Does the measured resistance value correspond with this range?
YES: Go to Step 11.
NO: Go to Step 9.
STEP 9. Check the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 (terminal No. 7) and the body ground.
Q: Is the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 (terminal No. 7) and the body ground in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 10.
NO: Repair the wiring harness between AC inverter connector D-128 and the body ground.
STEP 10. Retest the system
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to How to use Troubleshooting/inspection Service Points - How to Cope with
Intermittent Malfunction).
NO: Carry out the troubleshooting again.
STEP 11. Check AC outlet connector D-103 for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
