Throttle Position Sensor (TP Sensor) Circuit
13. Using a digital volt meter, backprobe TPS harness connector terminals 18 and 14 and measure the voltage.
Voltage....0.48 - 0.52 VDC
Adjusting Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
14. If the voltage is incorrect, loosen the throttle position sensor set screws and turn the sensor clockwise to increase voltage, counterclockwise to
decrease voltage.
15. Turn the key to the OFF position.
16. Adjust throttle cable freeplay.
