Apply a small diameter bead (about 1 mm) of RTV to the intake manifold-to-throttle body joint, inboard of the o-ring. The RTV is to be applied to
the lower section of the joint between the lower two throttle body bolt attachment holes as shown.

Reinstall the throttle body. Tighten the four attachment bolts to 60 in lbs (7 Nm).
9.
Wipe off all excessive RTV from the inside of the joint.
10.
Reinstall the air intake tube at the throttle body.
11.
Reconnect the intake air temperature sensor.
12.
Reconnect the negative battery cable and reset the radio presets and clock.
13.
Verify the condition no longer exists.
