Install the new water-cooled turbocharger assembly (P/N 14411-01P00) to the exhaust manifold using a new turbocharger inlet gasket (P/N
14415-V5300) and new lock plates (P/N 14495-V5300). Bend the lock plate tabs into place after tightening (Figure 9).

27.

Install the O2 sensor adaptor (nut) and the O2 sensor on the turbocharger assembly (Figure 9).

Place the turbocharger/exhaust manifold assembly in the vehicle, but do not attach it to the cylinder head.
