Install the new air inlet pipe bracket (P/N 14467-01P00) and reinstall the rear engine slinger.

Install the turbocharger/exhaust manifold assembly to the cylinder head using a new exhaust manifold gasket (P/N 14037-V5000) and a new
balance tube gasket (P/N 14038-V5000) (Figure 10). Tighten the L.H. exhaust manifold bolts in the order shown in Figure 11.

Install the exhaust manifold cover and O2 sensor connector bracket (Figure 10).

Install the new turbocharger oil inlet tube assembly (P/N 15192-01P00) using a new oil inlet gasket (P/N 15195-P7600) and new eye bolt
gaskets (P/N 15193-P9000; 2 required) (Figure 10).

NOTE:

Be sure that the oil passage plug is removed from the turbocharger before attaching the oil tube assembly.

Release the cooling system pressure by removing and then reinstalling the coolant cap.

Install the water tube assembly (P/N 14499-01P02) to the turbocharger using the two new eye bolts (P/N 15188-01P00) and the new eye bolt
gaskets (P/N 15189-01P00; 2 required per eye bolt). Attach the water tube assembly to the air inlet pipe bracket using the hex bolt (P/N
08120-61233) supplied in the piping kit (Figure 12).

35.

Install the oil outlet assembly using a new oil outlet gasket (P/N 15196-P7600) (Figure 12).
