SERVICE INFORMATION

Most state and local government agencies require weights and measurement certification of equipment when it is used in selling products to consumers
by weight or volume. Air conditioning charging equipment (ACR3 and ACR4) has refrigerant measurement devices built into the equipment. If your
dealership charges for refrigerant by the pound, it may be mandatory to have the equipment certified by your local weights and measurement authority.

Charging a flat fee or service charge based on vehicle type (instead of quantity) may eliminate certification requirements. This does not apply to selling
prepackaged cans of refrigerant to consumers. For more details contact your local state government.
