Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - INSPECTION END
NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK CONTINUITY MODE DOOR MOTOR SUB HARNESS

Check the sub harness continuity with the following figure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - Replace the mode door motor.
NO - Repair the harnesses or connectors.

AIR MIX DOOR MOTOR

Description

COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

The air mix door motor (1) is installed to the A/C unit assembly.

-

The step motor system is adopted for air mix door motor.

-

When a drive signal is input from auto amp. to door motor, a step motor built into the door the door motor rotates according to the drive signal,
and then stops at the position of target door.
