About the D21 Hardbody
The D21 replaced the Datsun 720 pickup and was sold in the United States as the Nissan Hardbody, a name that referred to its double-wall bed and styling. It was the last of the Datsun truck line that began in 1955, and was replaced by the Frontier in 1997.
