3. Clean the windshield channel of the cowl top cover - remove all dirt, sand and debris (see Figure 3).

4. Thoroughly clean the end areas of the cowl top cover windshield channel (see Figure 4).

^ Use isopropyl alcohol.

^ Clean the outside and inside of the channel.

NOTE:

You will be applying self adhesive felt cloth tape in this area. It must be thoroughly clean and dry for the tape to have good adhesion.

5. Wait for the cowl top cover to completely dry.
