18. Remove the four engine-to-transaxle bolts.
19. Remove upper oil pan.

Loosen bolts in reverse order as shown with power tool.

20. Insert an appropriate size tool into the notch of the upper oil pan as shown (1).

Pry off the upper oil pan by moving the tool up and down as shown (2).

21. Remove O-rings from the bottom of the cylinder block and oil pump body.

22. Remove oil pan gasket.
