harness (Figure 2). After installing the tie wrap, cut off any excess length.

The serial number range of the affected A/C kits is shown below.

A/C KIT SERIAL NUMBER RANGE: 60A00-1000001 TO 60A00-1028084

NOTE:

The serial number is located on the outside of the A/C kit shipping box and on the cooling unit case.

SERVICE PARTS

When replacing a condenser fan motor with a sub-harness, the motor and sub-harness should be removed and discarded. The service replacement
condenser fan motor (identified by its grey harness insulator) should then be installed, following the procedure outlined on page HA-19 of the 1987
Sentra Service Manual.

After connecting the condenser fan motor harness to the main harness, inspect the wire color on both sides of the connection. Be certain the
blue wire on the fan motor side is connected to the red wire on the main harness side (Figure 3).
