Coil Assembly

Apply packing on both sides of coil assembly (Figure 4).

Cooling Case

Install coil assembly into lower case.  Position thermistor harness through groove of case and install upper case.

Attach the upper and lower cooling cases together with clips in 6 places (use the clips removed in step 3).  Apply new packing onto cooling
case inlet and outlet with appropriate adhesive (Figure 5).

NOTE:

Both ends of packing must join at upper edge of opening (Figure 5).

Install the cooling unit.  Refer to Section HA in the Service Manual for instructions.

NOTE:

Be sure to replace old O-rings with new O-rings.  Apply refrigerant oil sparingly to the O-ring and seating surface. Torque O-ring
connector to appropriate specification in Service Manual.

14.

Adjust intake door control cable per Service Manual, Section HA.

15.

Install attachment plate and fasteners.
