Apply a 4.8 mm (3/16") bead of urethane as shown. (Figure 2)
4.
Remove the tape from the body, around the quarter window opening.
5.
Install the quarter window module into the body opening.
6.
Install molding, insert or applique.
7.
Tape the entire assembly to the body until the urethane cures (6 hours).
8.
Clean the body and glass using soap and water. Peel any excess urethane off after it has dried. DO NOT USE SOLVENT.
