Refilling Cooling System:

-

Loosen cooling system bleed screws

-

Fill cooling system with a 50/50 mixture of Peugeot antifreeze and water

-

Close the bleed screws when the coolant flows out in a continuous stream

-

Without installing radiator cap, start engine and hold at 2000 RPM until cooling fans engage

-

Shut off engine

-

Top off radiator to "hot" mark and install radiator cap

-

Start engine again to check for leaks

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

This repair will be accepted when performed within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty period of five
(5) years and/or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
