1989 MODEL YEAR SNOW TIRE RECOMMENDATIONS
505 Models
Sedans fitted with Michelin 205/60 R 15 MXV and Station Wagons fitted with 195/65 R 15 MXL tires should use:
Michelin 195/60 R 15 X M+S 100 for both applications
Sedans fitted with Michelin 185/65 R 5 MXV tires should use:
Michelin 185/65 R 15 X M+S 100
405 Models
DL and S models are factory equipped with Michelin All-Season Radials. However, some customers may wish to equip their vehicles with:
Michelin 185/65 R 14 X M+S 100
Mi16 models are factory equipped with Michelin 195/60 R 14 MXV, and may be equipped with 195/60 R 14 X M+S 100 using the existing wheel rims.
The 185/65 R 14 X M+S originally listed in the owner's manual, page 70, required the use of 5.5 J14FH4-24 wheel rims.
The inflation pressures are the same for the original equipment tires
