Brake Release Switches, Adjust
Apply brake pedal and push both switches forward as far as possible. Pull pedal forcibly rearward to adjust switches.

If speed control holds speed three or more mph higher than selected speed, turn centering screw (C) clockwise 1/8 turn or less, Fig. 18. If speed
control holds speed three or more mph below selected speed, turn centering adjustment screw (C) counterclockwise 1/8 turn or less. Do not move
adjustment screw (R).

Orifice Tube Adjustment, Cruise Master Units
To check engagement speed, engage the system at 55 mph. If vehicle cruises below the engagement speed, loosen the locknut and screw the orifice
tube outward. If vehicle cruises above the engagement speed, loosen the locknut and screw the orifice tube inward, Fig. 19. Approximately 1/4 turn of
the orifice tube will change the cruise speed about 1 mph. Also, do not remove orifice tube as it cannot be reinstalled once removed.

Assemble chain to be taut with carburetor in hot idle position and the idle solenoid de-energized. Place chain into swivel cavities which permits chain
