Remove the throttle valve train from the control valve assembly (refer to illustration).

2.

Inspect the throttle valve and throttle valve sleeve for nicks or burrs. Remove nicks or burrs with crocus clotch.

3..

Insert the throttle valve into the throttle valve
sleeve and inspect for freeness of the valve in the sleeve.

4.

Reassemble the throttle valve train into the control valve assembly.
