Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair
Removal/Installation of Pedal Assembly

Removal 

-

Move seat to rearmost position (to facilitate work) and remove carpet. Accelerator pedal pressure rod, pulling accelerator pedal backward.

Remove floor plate. Mark installation position of accelerator pedal and remove accelerator pedal (to facilitate work).

Remove circlip and disengage throttle pull rod from reversing lever. Disconnect brake pressure rod from footbrake lever. Relieve pressure on
footbrake lever return spring.

Remove clutch pressure rod from actuating lever. Relieve pressure on clutch servo spring, moving clutch pedal forward slowly holding pedal pad.
This prevents the servo spring forcing the pedal forward suddenly. Push servo spring to the left out of the adjuster cam range.
