Distance "A" (Figure 1) between bolt and lever should be 6 mm. Adjustment is made by turning Allen head bolt (arrow in Figure 2). Turning Allen
head bolt counter clockwise reduces servo spring tension and, therefore, increases pedal return force.

Checking pedal travel

Pedal travel up to the stop must be 145 + 10 mm. Pedal travel must be measured at the center of the pedal
plate. The pedal stop can be adjusted on the floor plate.

Clutch free play

Free play is not adjustable. The clutch master cylinder has an internal stop. If the servo spring is adjusted
correctly, the clutch pedal rests against the stop in the clutch master cylinder. Clutch free play cannot be
checked on the clutch pedal because of the automatic hydraulic adjustment.
