If care is not taken, electrical and electronic components may be destroyed.

Before removing the control unit for rear convenience systems, switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

2. Release the three electrical plugs -a- and pull them away from the control unit.

3. Press the four retaining clips carefully back and take the control unit out of the holder.

4. Take out the control unit.

1. Insert control unit into holder making sure the clips engage.
