Take release lever off of lever shaft (release shaft).

Check whether following parts move easily, correcting if necessary.

Release lever on lever shaft (release shaft).

Auxiliary spring shaft in release lever (if necessary, replace needle sleeves in release lever.

Lubricate following sliding and bearing surfaces with a water-proof lubricant, such as for example Staburags NBU 12/300 KB from Kluber, or a
multipurpose grease.

Release lever bore.
-
Lever shaft (including splines for positioning lever).
-
Auxiliary spring bearing surface on console shaft.
-
Clutch cable mount on release lever.
