Joint flange for oil regulating valve

2. Remove oil pressure pipe.
2.1.

Unscrew three outer Torx(R) screws (E10) M6 x 16.

2.2.

Pull out pressure pipe and replace O-ring on the pipe and on the oil pump.

3. Remove air/oil separator.
3.1.

Unscrew five outer Torx(R) screws (E10) M6 x 20. Move the separator and line into vertical position at the belt side and then pull out the
connecting line at the oil pump.

3.2.

Replace O-ring on the line going to the oil pump.

4. Remove suction tube and oil deflector (watertight sheetmetal panel).
4.1.

Unscrew one inner Torx(R) screw (T30) M6 x 25 and pull suction tube out of the oil pump. Replace O-ring.

4.2.

Unscrew one outer Torx(R) screw (E10) M6 x 20 and pull off the oil deflector. Replace two O-rings.
