Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)

Refilling engine oil

Filling in engine oil 

1. Place a clean cloth over the generator and drive belt to catch any oil that overflows.

Caution 
Incorrect oil level

Damage to engine and catalytic converter.

Always observe specification for oil fill quantities.

Information 
Use only engine oils tested and approved by Porsche AG.

Dispose of waste oil in accordance with legal requirements in your country.

2. Slowly pour in new engine oil using a clean container -1- or a fuel nozzle -arrow-.

Observe the prescribed filling capacity.

Filling in oil (e.g. oil fill container)

Engine oil filling capacities: 
-

Filling capacity with and without filter: 7.5 liters

-

Filling capacity: 10 liters

3. Close the cover -1- and fit it at the displayed position.
