Removing car radio
Note!

If the car radio is replaced by a new or a different car radio, read out the data with the Porsche System Tester before removal.

The car radio has an optical wave guide (LWL). Information on the optical waveguide (LWL): --> 97; Rep. Gr. 9768; Optical waveguide (LWL)

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.
1.
Insert removal tool into the openings provided at the radio until the tool is felt to engage.
2.
Pull the radio completely out of the installation slot with the removal tool.
