To properly check CO on 1983 Porsche 911 and 928 vehicles special tool US 8040 has been developed to be used in conjunction with US 4492.
This tools is considered minimum requirement for every Porsche dealer and one each will be shipped to each dealer participating in the Automatic
Shipment Program the week of March 21, 1983. Should you decide not to receive those tools by Automatic Shipment, please notify your Regional
Service Department by March 14, 1983.
