Replacing Convertible-top Frame

Assembling convertible-top frame

Removal tool for removing retaining clips-7-

1. Installing convertible-top support

NOTE:  Ensure that the assembly aids are seated firmly. The assembly aids must be recalibrated after removal.

Position convertible-top support -1- on the assembly aids and screw on with the fastening screws -3- or fastening nut -2-.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

2. Installing roof frame 2

NOTE:  Use assembly grease when fitting the pins.

a. Insert bushing -4- 10x12x15 into the bore on the outer side of roof frame 2 -5-.
