Sunroof / Moonroof Track: Removal and Replacement

Replacing Roof Module Frame

The replacement roof module frame is not a complete roof module. The following procedures must be carried out before installation.

Remove new roof module from the packaging and assemble onto the retaining frame and the transmission jack.

Remove the roof module frame to be replaced from the vehicle.

1. Installing rear windscreen wiper motor
2. Installing control module

3. Installing closing aid
4. Installing draught deflector
5. Assembling mount at the front left and right

NOTE:  The increased collar -arrow- of the sliding block must always face upwards.

a. Insert the sliding block -2- into the mounting plate -1-. Insert mount slide -3- into the sliding block -2-.
