Removing And Installing Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Adjustment - Engine Installed

CAUTION:  Risk of soiling Absolute cleanliness is essential when working with hydraulic valves.

Removing Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Adjustment

1. Remove the side shield on the respective side of the engine. Unscrew the two M6 hexagon-head bolts for this purpose.

Figure shows cylinder side 1-3

2. Remove cable plug of the hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -1- by pressing the clip and pulling off the cable plug.
