Danger of burns, scalding, damage to skin, injury to the eyes.

Do not carry out work on the engine while it is hot.

1. Remove pressure pipe.
2. Remove air cleaner housing.
3. Remove fuel filter.
4. Drain coolant.

Danger
Risk of engine falling down.

Danger of fatal injury, material damage.

Support the engine with the prescribed tool.

5. Lower the engine.

The engine can be lowered by max. 40 mm.

Support the engine with a jack and retainer plate P 9592.

Screw off M12 collar nuts on the engine mounting. Carefully lower the engine using the jack.

Fuel can escape when fuel line is disconnected.

Risk of fatal injury!
Damage to skin.

Do not work on fuel system if engine is hot!

Do not smoke, avoid fire and naked flames!

Wear fuel-resistant protective gloves and goggles.

Attach warning sign to vehicle in a clearly visible position.

In the event of contact with the skin or eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water.

1. Loosen intake air line for side 1-3.

Screw off M6 collar nut -1- and unscrew M6 Torx screws -arrows-. Pull intake line -2- off the turbocharger and disconnect it at the holder in the
engine compartment -3-.
