Support the engine with the prescribed tool.
1. Raise the engine.
Raise the engine into installation position with a jack, using retainer plate P 9592 to do this.
Screw in and tighten M12 collar nuts.

Tightening torque: 85 Nm (63 ftlb.)
2. Fill in coolant and bleed the system.
3. Install fuel filter.
4. Install air cleaner housing.
5. Install pressure pipe.
6. Perform a test drive, adjusting the coolant level in the container if necessary (note minimum/maximum marking).
