Warning
Hot pressurized coolant.

Danger of scalding and burning.

Only work on the coolant system when the engine is "cool".

Wear protective clothes, gloves and goggles.

6. Drain coolant.

Coolant is corrosive and hazardous to health.

Risk of skin and eye irritation.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

If you come into contact with coolant, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water.

1. Relieve and remove drive belt (only when engine is cold). Mark running direction.

2. Remove coolant pump.
2.1.

Loosen screw-type clamp and pull off cooling water hose -4-.

2.2.

Unscrew screws -2- and remove drive belt guard -3-.

Remove coolant pump -1- from the distributor housing -4-.
