Vent lines on oil/water heat exchanger

Install cycle valve -1- for active carbon filter.

Press hose into the clip.

Place fuel line on oil/water heat exchanger -1- and move plastic mounting -2- in the direction of the arrow.

Installing small oil/water heat exchanger

1. Replace O-rings.

Clean sealing faces for the small oil/water heat exchanger, remove escaping oil and coolant from the engine housing.

Insert O-rings -2- and grease with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No. 000.043.204.68).
