Threaded joint for oil-filter console

2. Remove and dispose of flange gasket. Clean sealing faces with a lint-free cloth.

Installing oil-filter console

1. Remove stoppers or covers from the oil ducts.

Check that the sealing face is clean and position new seal for oil-filter console.

2. Install oil-filter console.
2.1.

Position oil-filter console -1-, fit M8 x 25 screws -3- evenly and tighten them.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

2.2.

Fit and tighten screws (M6 x 12) -4- on the oil-filter console holder -5-.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2.3.

Fit holder -2- on the throttle housing.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

3. Remove cloth from the generator.

Subsequent Work

1. Install pressure pipe.
