Clutch Disc: Testing and Inspection

Checking For Wear

Remove cap

-

Measure distance "A" with a suitable gage

Size new: 18 mm 

-

Wear limit: 34 mm 

Checking Condition 

-

Inspect splines. Drive plate must slide easily on input shaft in axial direction without radial play.
