Marking on suspension subframe bearing

Tools for pressing in front-axle bearings at the front

8. Press in suspension subframe bearing. To avoid damaging the bearing, the maximum -> Pressure: 10 kN+/-5 Second must not be exceeded at the

stop (10 KN = 350 bar). This conversion applies only to the hydraulic cylinder VAS 6178. The conversion depends on the diameter of the cylinder
in question.

9. Attach the tools as shown in the illustration and press in the bearing.

Information 
Observe correct tightening torques.

10. Carefully lift the suspension subframe until the installation position is reached. Fit threaded joint on suspension subframe bearing.
11. Mount anti-roll bar on the connecting link.
12. Remove the spindle.
