Trade regulations

Abbreviation: (GewO. Ges.) German trade regulations law of June 21, 1869 (North German Federation) that regulates practicing a trade, adopted for the
German Reich in 1900, modified many times and enhanced upon by amendment (trade law); now German federal law. The regulations for industrial
plants were adopted from the trade regulation into the German Federal Emission Control Act with the exception of section 24.

TRC

Abbreviation for technical reference concentration. The concentration of a hazardous, especially cancer-producing and gene-changing work substance
(gas, vapors, suspended matter), in the air as an indication of the protective measures and monitoring technical measurements to be implemented at the
place of work. TRCs are only assigned to work materials for which no MAC values can currently be determined. TRCs have to be constantly adjusted to
reflect current technical development as well as the analytical and technological monitoring possibilities at hand. Adherence to the TRCs at the
workplace should reduce risk of harm to health, but can not guarantee freedom from all risk.

TSCA

Abbreviation for Toxic Substances Control Act. Environmental chemical law in the USA in effect since January 1, 1977. It is considered to be the most
extensive environmental chemicals law with largest variety of options for government intervention. Adherence to this law is monitored by the EPA.

TUIS

German abbreviation for the Transport Accident Information and Support System, a voluntary support system provided by the chemical industry for
transport accidents with "hazardous goods" to minimize the potential risks of such accidents (which and how hazardous goods may be transported, how
dangerous goods are to be packaged and labeled, how the means of transport are to be labeled).

Used oil disposal

Waste oil must be disposed of in accordance with the Waste Act and Waste Oil Ordinance. Used oil is the term given to used, semi-liquid or liquid
substances wholly or partially consisting of mineral oil or synthetic substances, including oil-containing residues in containers, emulsions and water-oil
mixtures.Owners of used oil are responsible for proper disposal. The following important points, among others, must be observed:

1. Separate storage:

Storage of used oils, separated according to whether they

can be processed (re-refining)

may be reused in the facilities authorized according to the regulations of BlmSCHG

have to be disposed of as special waste (information available from companies specialized in disposal of used oil and appropriate authorities,
e.g. Waste Office, Environmental Protection Agency)

2. Mixing prohibition:

The used oils to be kept separate, in particular the reusable and recoverable used oils, must under no circumstances be mixed with other
substances, e.g. with

brake fluids
