Installing radiator fan housing (radiator frame)

1. Slide the radiator frame from the top to the bottom along the radiator into the engine compartment.
2. Check that it is installed correctly. To do this, check that the catch springs at the left and right have engaged properly and that the four fastening

projections on the underside have engaged in the plastic clamps.

3. Join the two electric plugs at the top. -arrows-

4. Press the wire harness into the four fastening clips. -arrows-

Subsequent work

1. On the Turbo, fit the two pressure pipes for the charge air cooler at the sides. To do this, move the pressure pipe into installation position with

respect to the charge air cooler. Fit two screws on the charge air cooler -arrows- and secure pressure pipe to the lock carrier. -arrow-
