Thermostat housing

- Thermostat housing

- Screw, M6 x 25 - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

- Screw, M6 x 25; screwed to fuel high-pressure distribution pipe

- Seal for thermostat housing; replace

Removing coolant regulator

1. With engine installed: Remove thermostat insert using shop-made tool.

Use pointed-nose pliers to wrap a piece of wire or electric cable through the transfer pipe and around two opposite brass spokes of the
thermostat insert.
