Oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler)

- Oil guide housing

- Oil-filter housing - Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ftlb.);

- Oil filter

- Oil-filter sealing ring

- Oil duct adapter (cannot be replaced)

- Heat exchanger seal

- Oil/coolant heat exchanger

- Screw, M6 x 20; self-tapping screws ex-works; metric screws can also be used - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.);

Removing oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler)

1. On vehicles with PDCC, loosen the hoses on the oil guide housing.

Remove two nuts. -arrows-

PDCC lines

Unclip line under the air conditioning compressor -arrow-. Lift the lines aside.
