2. Place a collection pan under the oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler). Coolant and oil will run out during disassembly.
3. Loosen the clips on the coolant hoses at the oil/coolant heat exchanger and slide them onto the hoses -1 and 2-.

Oil cooler

3.1.

Clamp the hoses using hose clamp 3093 or hose clamp 3094.

3.2.

Pull off the hoses.

4. Unclip the coolant hose assembly on the oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler) from the holder. -6-

5. Loosen the fastening screws on the heat exchanger evenly -8- and pull the heat exchanger down and off. During this process, both engine oil and

coolant will leak out. Collect emerging oil and coolant and dispose of in accordance with legal requirements.
