Oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler)

- Oil guide housing

- Oil duct adapter (cannot be replaced)

- Screw, M6 x 20; self-tapping screws ex-works; metric screws can also be used

6. Remove seals. -6- Clean sealing faces.

Installing oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler)

1. Replace the two sealing rings.

- Oil-filter housing - Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)

- Oil/coolant heat exchanger

- Screw, M6 x 20; self-tapping screws ex-works; metric screws can also be used - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

A - Direction of travel

1.1.

Then move the oil/coolant heat exchanger into installation position and fit the fastening screws (turn screws by hand initially). The old
self-tapping screws can be re-used. Tighten screws evenly and diagonally.

2. Clip the coolant hose assembly into to the oil/coolant heat exchanger (oil cooler).
3. Fit the coolant hoses on the oil/coolant heat exchanger and remove the hose clamps.
