13. Remove hose clamps -3- from the lines -1 and 2- on the PDCC reservoir.
14. Install charge air hose.
14.1. Insert charge air hose -4- from above -arrow A-.
14.2. Slide charge air hose -4- onto the turbocharger -arrow B- and secure with the hose clamp -5-.
14.3. Attach air line -3- to the charge air hose -4- ( -arrow C- ) until the coupling engages securely.
14.4. Attach hose -2- to the charge air hose -4- ( -arrow D- ) and fit the spring band clamp -1-.
15. Plug in connector -1- on mass air flow meter -arrow- until the connector -1- engages securely.
16. Connect hose line on charge air cooler. Ensure that the locking clip -1- is fitted correctly. Then connect the line to the ambient air valve -2- and fit
the spring band clamp.
