Oil circuit for turbocharger, line connection, cylinders 1 to 4

- Hexagon nut, M6 - Tightening torque: 6.5 Nm (5.0 ftlb.)

- Holding clamp

- Screw, M6 x 12 - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2. Remove screw on the crankcase -2- and remove screw on the timing-case cover. Loosen the line. Pull line out of the crankcase. Replace sealing

rings.

Positive crankcase ventilation (PCV), turbo engine M48/51

- Ventilation pipe with sealing ring - Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)

- Screw, M6 x 12 - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

3. Move line with new sealing rings back into installation position.
4. Secure clamp with nut.
5. Tighten screw on the timing-case cover and on the crankcase.

Subsequent work

1. Fit right holder for primary catalytic converter on the crankcase. -9- - Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
