2. Insert cutting thread -1- into the wire feed probe Nr.183 (-Arrow A-).

3. Pull cutting thread -1- outwards -Arrow B-, so that the cutting thread can be pulled once around the rear window.
4. Allow approx. 1 m of cutting thread to hang into the interior of the vehicle.
5. Pull out wire feed probe -2-.

Guiding cutting thread into the gap in the glass

INFORMATION:  The cutting thread should be positioned under the rim as far as possible.

1. Pull cutting thread -1- in the direction of the arrow through the gap between the glass and the body. Use filler if necessary.

2. Secure the free end of the cutting thread -1- on the wiper arm mount using the fastening nut -2-. To do this, wrap the cutting thread once around the

wiper arm mount and tighten the fastening nut.

Attaching cutting thread to the spooling device

1. Undo clamping screw -3-.
