Front Bumper Cover / Fascia: Overhaul

Disassembling And Assembling Front Apron

Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron.
2. Remove number plate cover.
3. Remove front direction indicator light (USA only).
4. Remove auxiliary headlights.
5. Remove radiator grille.
6. Remove air grille.
7. Remove front wire harness.

Disassembling front apron

1. Unclip cover for towing lug.

1.1. Release the locking lug -arrow A- .
1.2. Press out the cover -arrow B- .
1.3. Unhook safety strap -arrow C- .

Assembling front apron

1. Install cover for towing lug.

1.1. Hook in safety strap -arrow A- .
1.2. Fit cover -arrow B- .
1.3. Clip in cover -arrow C- .

Subsequent work

1. Install front wire harness.
2. Install front direction indicator light (USA only).
3. Install air grille.
4. Install radiator grille.
5. Install auxiliary headlights.
6. Install number plate cover.
7. Install front apron.
