4. Release plug connection for power supply -4- ( -a- ) and pull it off -A- .

5. Release plug connection for control system -5- ( -a- ) and pull it off -A- .
6. Unscrew the two fastening screws and remove upper part of lid lock.

Installing upper part of rear lid lock

1. Place upper part of lid lock in installation position.
2. Screw in fastening screws for upper part of lid lock

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.).

3. Connect plug connections.

3.1. Plug in connector for control system -5- ( -B- ) until it engages securely.
3.2. Plug in connector for power supply -4- ( -A- ) until it engages securely.

4. Clip in emergency release -1- ( -2- ).
