4. Screw off fastening nuts -7- .

5. Hold the front edge of the spoiler drive with both hands, pull it back -arrow A- and lift it up as far as possible -arrow B- .

6. Lift entire spoiler drive up as far as possible -arrow- .

7. Compress spoiler drive -arrow A- and remove by pulling it to the rear -arrow B- .

WARNING:
Electrically moved components

Danger of limbs being trapped or severed

Switch off electric power to drive motor.

Make sure it does not switch on again.

Check that there is no electric charge.

8. Remove the spoiler drive before installation.

8.1. Fit (removed) spoiler drive and secure it so that it does not move accidentally.
8.2. Remove spoiler drive and switch off the ignition.
8.3. Release plug connection and pull it off.

Installing spoiler drive

1. Pull wire harness for spoiler drive through the relevant opening in the lid panel.

2. Fit spoiler drive -arrow- .
3. Centre the spoiler drive in the recess.
