9. Remove the right-hand cover and unhook the cable from the lock arm.

10. Remove the belt member release handle and undo the cable from the handle.
11. Undo the left-hand cover on the belt member.
12. Remove the covers from the seat belts.
13. Remove the inertia reel retaining bolts.
